if not now, when?

This video is starting to make a stir, so I thought I would share.

I almost felt bad for Maria last night.  She had just gotten back from visiting her boyfriend the night before at 8pm, basically went right to sleep to work the next morning, and as soon as she got home I basically ran her out the door.

I did say "almost", however.  The show was amazing and she seemed to recover from running around fairly quickly.

With some help from various herbal and pharmaceutical remedies, I was passed out by midnight last night.

This didn't really work as planned when I woke up still inebriated at 6am and ravenous.  So my solution was to stumble to the kitchen and prepare ramen.

I destroyed the ramen and a can of cherry Coke and was passed out by 7.  I had amazing dreams that I can't recall and managed to keep sleeping another five hours.

Ramen is the ultimate sleep aid, I guess.

Chip and I arrived for Day 2 of Katsucon around noon.  We ended up staying until almost 10pm that night.  This is not bad for either one of us, as Chip doesn't have a fucking clue about anime at all and I start getting major migraines from being out for too long.  I know that sounds like a lame excuse but it's probably not being "out too long" but more all the fluorescent lighting, staring at one thing for too long, and the immense loudness.

My final impression of the whole experience: I had fun.
